You are required to transfer the copyright of the manuscript to IEEE if you wish your manuscript to be published. This can be done electronically through EDAS.
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g. removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
We announce that the submission of the Final Manuscript is August 29, 2024 (early bird) and September 10, 2024 (normal).
